Mark Ewen is a former Scottish freestyle wrestling silver medalist who impressed on the amateur circuit before his professional debut in 2021. Ewen is 6-1 currently, with all of his wins coming via a finish. Ewen’s unbeaten streak came to an end in PFL Europe last year at the hands of Claudio Pacella, but he rebounded this past September with a Brabo choke win over Yassin Chtatou.

 

Alex Chizov has his own solid background as a Latvian Combat Sambo champion in 2016 and 2017. A teammate to Khamzat Chimaev and a former regional MMA champion, Chizov has a 90 percent finish rate in his fights, and nine of his 13 career fights thus far have ended in the first round. Chizov is 1-2 in the PFL so far, defeating Omar Hussein in his PFL debut in 2022 but suffering losses to Acoidan Duque and Daniele Scatizzi in 2023 and 2024, respectively.
