Abraham Bably Barely Breaks Sweat As He Reaches PFL Africa Heavyweight Final
October 18, 2025 | Tom Albano

A former soccer player, Abraham Bably has found success in MMA despite only being introduced to the sport less than a decade ago. After winning a showcase bout with the PFL in 2022, Bably earned a first-round stoppage on the PFL Challenger Series and won a contract. After a 2-2 stint since, Bably scored a first-round knockout of Paul-Emmanuel Gnaze to reach the Semifinals.
Joffie Houlton is an SBG Manchester product who hasn’t gone past the second round in any of his fights. Houlton has won three straight and seven of his last nine. Houlton enters tonight off a first-round KO of Azamat Aboukhanov in February. Houlton scored a first-round disqualification victory over Abdoulaye Kane.
Who will be the first to secure a spot in the PFL Africa Heavyweight Final?

Bably continues to pressure Houlton with grappling from the back. Strong right hands from Bably. Bably tees off with ground-and-pound now as he gets into the full mount! Strong elbows from Bably!
